LAGAN CONSTRUCTION WINS COMMUNICATIONS NJUG AWARD

Lagan Construction’s Water Mains Rehabilitation Team in Northern Ireland is delighted to have won the “Communications Award” at the National Joint Utility Group (NJUG) 2011 Awards Ceremony.

The awards took place on the 22ndNovember 2011 at the House of Commons in London. The evening was hosted by Louise Ellman MP, Chair of the Transport Select Committee, and included a keynote from Norman Baker MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport.

Six awards categories were presented on the night, each representing a statement of the ‘NJUG Vision’ for street works. Entries were open to utilities, contractors and local authorities and the winners were chosen by an independent panel of industry experts. Lagan Construction was one of three companies shortlisted for the Communications Award.
