Lagan O&M will liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in a safe and efficient manner. We attend any meetings and produce all documentation which is required by relevant authorities. All temporary traffic management must be planned to ensure compliance with our strict safety regime and hence layouts are designed with the latest CAD software. All communications with our squads are through our web-based platform directly to tablets. This enables changes and updates to be easily communicated to all squads and eliminates the need for hard copies of layouts, risk assessments and method statements.

With depots in Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland we offer an island wide service with local expertise. Our highly trained dedicated staff and operatives deliver traffic management tailored to our clients’ needs. With an extensive resource that includes IPV’s, 7.5T TM vehicles, 3.5T flatbeds complete with tail lifts, and custom-made trailers, we are committed to delivering a service that our clients can depend upon safely and in a cost-effective manner.

We offer our customers a “one stop shop” service for traffic management services where the customer details where he wants to work and when he would like the work to start, Lagan Traffic Solutions will then liaise with all necessary parties (local authorities, police, road maintenance operators, bus companies etc.), produce all documentation and attend any relevant meetings to ensure the project is fully installed to our customers’ requirements.

All traffic management is designed with the latest CAD software to produce the highest quality details and drawings which are required by the relevant authorities for approvals.

We also offer a consultancy service to assist our customers at tender stage with design and planning of projects to get the best and most efficient use of the traffic management systems. Early involvement in projects can lead to time and cost savings when planned in conjunction with other contractors.
